The Economics of Resource Transformation

PrymACE is designed as both a resource-processing system and an economic system. Value is created by moving material through the five Pools, and it reaches different participants in different ways — which this page sets out plainly.

Who Takes Part

The architecture has several kinds of participant. It is not a system operated only by PrymACE.

Resource Contributors

Generate value by contributing qualifying resources.

Agents

Support collection and community participation.

Operators

Operate PrymACE facilities.

Processors

Transform resources into higher-value materials.

Technology Developers

Develop FOMTech and processing technologies.

Traders

Commercialize products through the PrymACE Market.

Customers

Purchase products, services and eligible technologies.

The Value Cycle

Where value is created, and where it is realized.

Resource Port Valuation Contributor credit Processing Material recovery Product development Market Revenue

Two Different Things: Contributor Value and Business Revenue

These are related, but they are not the same flow, and they are not interchangeable.

Value credited to a contributor

  • Created by a verified contribution — material identified, weighed and valued at the Port.
  • Held in that contributor's own account as Ace-Points, and as Ace-Coin once converted at 100 : 1.
  • Belongs to the contributor. It is not PrymACE's money, and PrymACE does not spend it.
  • Usable on eligible Market purchases, or withdrawable where the value system permits it, subject to the published minimums and fees.

Revenue generated by PrymACE businesses

  • Earned by processing and selling — recovered materials, manufactured products, technology and services.
  • Belongs to the operating entity, and is what funds facilities, equipment and operations.
  • Depends on the market for the outputs, not on how much a contributor was credited.
  • Is not a promise to contributors. Contributing does not entitle anyone to a share of it.

Credited value is an accounting entry in the PrymACE value system. It is not a guaranteed immediate cash payment, and the Ace-Coin reference value is the system's stated conversion value under the current model rather than a promise of indefinite exchange. The Terms & Conditions govern this in detail.

Where Commercial Revenue Can Come From
