The PrymACE System Controller

Above the physical technologies sits the System Controller. It connects the facilities, the people who work in them and the material that moves between them, so the network can be observed as one system rather than as a set of separate sites.

Facilities

Every Port, Stock, Forge, Mine and Refinery, with status and declared capacity.

People

Subscribers, agents, vendors and operators connected to the network.

Materials

What each facility received, sorted, processed and dispatched, by material.

Transactions

Every recorded contribution, its valuation and its corrections.

Processing

Throughput and conversion efficiency for each Pool.

Inventory

Material currently held rather than moved on.

Capacity

Design and available capacity, against what is actually flowing.

Data

The mass balance of the network: input, output and what is unaccounted for.

Analytics

Resource, processing, material and network analysis across all five Pools.

The objective is a digitally observable physical resource network — where what has been received, processed and produced can be read from records rather than asserted.

Operational reporting

The figures the System Controller collects are reported through the network's operations dashboards: live facility status, per-Pool processing and material analytics, capacity against throughput, and the environmental register. Reporting access is granted to network operators.
